Once Upon a Time let Vancouver be Vancouver in season 2 when Neal (Michael Raymond-James) runs away to Canada after conning Emma at August’s request. Was a flashback scene with August filmed near the Vancouver Seabus Terminal with North Shore mountains in background.

  2. Lori says:

Who cares where they film. The show is one of my all time favorites.I have enjoyed watching the seasons over and over again. I am on my 8th round since the winter break, and like all true OUAT Fans, I can’t wait until March 6th. I have enjoyed these characters and their developments and both Horowitz and his partner have outdone themselves with this show. I was not a Lost Fan, but OUAT is a geninue classic.

  3. Henry Mills says:

Horowitz and Kitsis are great at reducing a once-strong female character into yet another woman defined by her relationship to a manipulative and emotionally abusive man.

Approved the comment. But this site is moderated and as Jane Espenson said at VIFF Industry: “On Once Upon a Time, women dominate our call sheet. We got the Queen, we got Emma, we got Snow White.” The women aren’t always kick ass but give credit where credit is due.

  4. Critical response to the first season was generally positive. On Metacritic , it was given a score of 66 out of 100 with “generally favorable reviews”.
